Product Description
Nylon bonding agents strengthens and provides adhesion of Plastisol and Hybrid inks to nylon jackets, bags and other waterproof garments.
Simply add 10-15% to the plastisol / Hybrid ink (by weight).
To obtain a 10% addition, the following is recommended:
To one litre white, add 6 oz Bonding Agent
To one litre color, add 4 oz. Bonding Agent
For more effective bonding on more highly water-proofed garments, use 15%-20%:
To one litre white, add 9 oz. Bonding Agent
To one litre color, add 6 oz. Bonding Agent
Less than 10% may prevent adhesion or abrasion resistance. More than
15% Nylobond may diminish opacity and shorten shelf life. Working life for
10% mixture is 8 to 16 hours. A 15% mixture is 6 to 8 hours.
