One Coat Emulsion

Product Description

Recommended choice when printing using Plastisol or Waterbased inks.

One-coat emulsion is formulated for use with both Waterbased and Plastisol inks, and some water dyes.

It produces stencils with excellent mechanical resistance, good resolution and edge definition, and plastisol and water resistance.

For long print runs (over 500) and halftone imaging, we recommend our Saati Emulsion.

  • 1 Kilo or 5 x 1 Kilo
  • Pre-measured diazo sensitizer sachet is included with each product
  • Shelf-life 4-6 weeks after adding diazo, or 12 months unmixed
  • May require a pressure washer to reclaim when using low-wattage bulbs to expose.​​​​​​​

This emulsion is brilliant!

This emulsion is fantastic. I use it on the UV exposure unit I recently purchased from Art2silk and it exposes in less than 2 minutes. Cleared my stencil easily and seems to be more resilient than other emulsion I used previously. Doesn't break down when using waterbased inks. Highly recommend.
