Ordering Your Silk Screen Printing Equipment and Supplies
There are many ways you can place an order with us for your screen printing supplies.
Online: Through our website where we accept many different forms of payment including PayPal, debit/credit cards and bank transfer.
Online EU Customers: If you are located in an EU country (excluding customers in the UK) and registered for VAT, please proceed through the checkout and select to pay by telephone or bank transfer. Then email mail@art2silkscreen.co.uk with your VAT number and we can adjust your online order to exclude the VAT.
Telephone: 01474 248848 (Between 10.00am and 5.00pm). We accept card payments over £50.00 by telephone. Alternatively, smaller orders must be placed through the website checkout.
Purchase Order Accounts: We currently only offer credit facilities to Schools, Colleges and Universities. Accounts which have been agreed are either payment on delivery or strictly 30 days subject to credit checks. These accounts are available with discounts for bulk orders, please contact us for further information.
In Person: If you would like to place or collect your order in person, please contact us first to arrange a convenient time.
Email: mail@art2silkscreen.co.uk If you are experiencing problems with the website payment or ordering system, please email us a list of the items you would like to order and we can advise you on how to pay, either direct through PayPal or by bank transfer.
Payments Accepted
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD: Please complete your order through the checkout and select Paypal in our online shop where you can 'checkout as a guest' to pay by card without the need for having a paypal account. Or place your order through the website, select 'telephone' to pay by card over the phone.
PAYPAL: Payment for an order can be sent through PayPal to mail@art2silkscreen.co.uk. Please do not forget to add the correct postage amount to your order (see Delivery Charges section). Also, please state the items you are ordering in the "message to seller box" or on a separate email to us.
BACS: We accept payment by bank transfer, please note that the payment made must be in Sterling (GBP) to ensure we receive the full amount, as conversion rates can vary. If there is a shortfall in the amount received, we will contact you to pay the balance. Look out for our bank details when selecting to pay by bank transfer at the checkout. Alternatively, email us at mail@art2silkscreen.co.uk with your order number and we will provide them.
